| EDWIN K. BARNES |
| Ed Barnes, founder and President of Barnes Consulting Group has over 20 years of consulting experience. In addition, he has held various director, senior management, and engineering positions at Hewlett Packard Company, Lucent Technologies, Fujitsu, and Boston area computer networking and wireless startup organizations. He is an expert in developing and implementing automated test system strategies, and has lectured extensively on this topic at various universities, including Cornell and the University of Massachusetts. Ed holds a B.S. with high Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
